The Kangaroo Kid
1:45pm

and

3:30pm

Matt Coulter, the Kangaroo Kid, is a world class stuntman from Gold Coast, Australia.

His stunts are performed on quad bikes and over the years he has created many

“Guinness Book of Records” records, amongst them jumping 14 four by four Jeeps and

4 moving four by four Jeeps.

Matt’s career as a showman took off when he started to perform at county and motor

shows around the UK. Matt has attempted many death defying stunts over the years but

probably his most infamous was trying to jump his bike over a steam boat. His back

wheels hit a vent and he landed face down in the water. He was pulled from the water

and miraculously walked away with only a few bruised ribs. Footage of the accident has

been widely screened on TV shows and across the internet.

In 2005, after two very busy years Matt decided to retire from the UK show circuit,

however, in 2013 The Kangaroo Kid made his comeback. From the 2015  Show Season

The Kangaroo Kid has been offering one of his biggest fans the opportunity of a lifetime

to be part of his shows and the coming season looks set to be another big Kanga adventure for Paul Hannam.

The Kangaroo Kid Quad Bike Stunt Show is a totally unique show not to be missed!

The show includes stunts using specially fitted quad-bikes (one even fitted with a roll

cage) and they finish the show with a spectacular jump over anything that is put in their

path, be it cars, trucks or tractors (Matt has even jumped a flying aeroplane).

The Kangaroo Kids showmanship captures the crowd and keeps them captivated for

the duration of their performance.

Dirty Harry (The Original Blondie Tribute)
2:30pm

Dirty Harry is the only tribute band for the true Blondie fan.

Formed in Edinburgh in early 2011, Dirty Harry was borne out of singing doctor, Sarah Kennedy’s desire to create an act which could play homage to everyone’s favourite rock goddess, Debbie Harry and to the band who practically invented Power Pop, Blondie.

Nearly four decades after Blondie emerged onto the anarchic downtown New York punk scene Sarah struck gold on Gumtree and found four of Edinburgh’s finest musicians to complete the line up.

In the annuls of rock Blondie is unique; their back catalogue has proven to be timeless and with Ms Harry at the front, what’s not to like guys!

Dirty Harry has not only the original sound, feel, attitude and full back catalogue of the band but a look- a- like of Debbie to deliver the good stuff.

If a recap of some of the top tunes is required, let’s remind ourselves; Heart Of Glass, Call Me, Rapture, Sunday Girl, Dreaming, Atomic, Denis, Hanging on the Telephone, Maria, One Way or Another. Dirty Harry do it all plus plenty more of the best chart toppers and fan’s favourites.

The essence of Dirty Harry is to put on a show Blondie would give the nod to and in true punk style.
